Delete your ETPrep data

You can delete your ETPrep data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Delete your progress in the app

  1. Open ETPrep and go to Settings (the person icon on Today).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my profile and progress.
  3. Confirm.

This deletes your study activity from our server, signs you out, and erases everything ETPrep stored on your phone.

Delete your whole account

Email etprep@kraftdynamics.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my ETPrep account. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your email address and name
  • Your study profile (grade, stream, school, goal, plan)
  • All your study activity, exam results, badges and reports

What we keep

  • Records of Exam pass payments (amount, date, reference and screenshot), for as long as accounting law requires. They are not used for anything else.
  • Group totals that no longer identify you, such as "how many students answered this question".
